As a critical member of our care team, Hospice Care Consultants make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives every day by increasing the number of people who receive hospice and palliative care, initiating the process to help patients and families start hospice services, educating physicians and healthcare partners on hospice benefits, ensuring patients facing life-limiting illnesses have access to needed care and support, proactively building positive relationships with referring physicians and healthcare providers, and coordinating public education and community outreach. Education and/or Experience required includes a Bachelor's in Business and/or equivalent combination of education and experience, five plus years of related industry experience with a successful track record in customer relationship and account management, proven selling and customer relationship management skills, strong clinical knowledge to engage key stakeholders, and professional presence influencing desired results. Certifications include a valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
