Job Summary:

We are seeking an Accountant I to join our finance team. This entry-level role is responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing costs and revenues , and assisting with forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field and 0-2 years of experience .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports .
  • Analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to assist with forecasting.
  • Report organizational finances to management, providing insights on resource utilization and tax strategies.
  • Assist in developing budget forecasts by analyzing assumptions and financial data.
  • Follow pre-established guidelines and instructions under direct supervision.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles , including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial reports .
  • Familiarity with accounting concepts, practices, and procedures .
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under immediate supervision and follow company policies.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software .
  • Understanding of tax strategies and resource allocation .
