About this Role

Reporting to the Head of Global Project Management/Regional Delivery Leader for North America (NA), the Senior Technical Project Manager for the US Tier 1 Telco Operator will be responsible for managing porfolio of programmes for a key Tier 1 customers in US, with responsibility to deliver expected project outcomes and exceed customer expecta6ons.

Key Responsibilities

This Technical Project Manager (TPM) will work closely with project team members, and other internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The TPM is ul6mately responsible for the leadership, financial management, quality, and 6mely delivery of the project for our customers.

Overall Responsibilites

• Responsibility for establishing effec6ve working rela6onships with stakeholders at a key Tier 1

customer based in Seacle US, with the role being based in Seattle;

• Programme Management, Governance and Reporting across porfolio of projects;

• Customer Stakeholder Management – Operational Communications, Scope Management, Engagement Governance and Handling of Escalations.

• Communication and Collaboration across multiple Mobileum Business Units and functions: Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Managed Services and Support;

• Working with, and oversight of, Project Managers assigned to manage and deliver individual projects;

Operational Responsibilities

• Provide overall project leadership and direct project teams in the delivery of high-quality products within commiced 6meframes and budgets;

• Closely work with Technical Delivery Manager and Technical Delivery teams for project execution

activities.

• Management of Technical Issue Escalations with Delivery, Engineering and where necessary, Support and Managed Services;

• Risk management to iden6fy poten6al risks and develop strategies to mi6gate or address them. This involves conduc6ng risk assessments, analyzing their poten6al impact on project objec6ves, and proactively implementing risk mitigation plans.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Expertise:

• Ability to manage customer rela6onships at executive levels and prioritize client needs.

• Demonstrated operations management capabilities, leading multifaceted activities across offerings and contracts.

• Experience in working with Product, Delivery and Support Experience

Operational Capabilities:

• Expert Project Management skills including: estimating, scope management, budget management, risk management, change management, issue/conflict resolution, communication

management, quality management, testing plans, training plans, team management.

• Skills and knowledge acquired through partcipation in the delivery of: change management, release management, configuration management, systems integration, systems development life cycle methodologies, quality assurance and testing, requirements gathering, and systems analysis and design;

• Working Knowledge and Experience of Mobile Network Technology, Roaming and Network Analytics –including GSM/CAMEL/SMPP/Diameter/4G/5G Protocol knowledge;

• Experience with BareMetal, Virtual and Containerized-based deployments;

Educational Qualification:

• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering is essen6al;

• An MBA is preferred;

• Communica6on skills – Candidate should have strong wricen and verbal communica6on skills, fluent English language skills
