Job Description The Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant will play a critical role in implementing NetSuite solutions tailored to high-tech industry clients, particularly those involving software subscriptions, renewals, and SaaS offerings. This seasoned professional should have a strong background in revenue recognition and advanced project management modules, including time and material (T&M) and fixed-bid projects. Expertise in financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Tax is essential. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage NetSuite implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with client business goals. Provide expertise in high-tech verticals, focusing on software subscriptions, renewals, and SaaS offerings. Leverage experience in advanced revenue recognition and project management to guide implementations of NetSuite modules, including T&M and fixed-bid projects. Optimize and improve financial processes, covering GL, AP, AR, and Tax functionalities. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas for optimization and provide strategic recommendations for process improvements. Train and mentor junior consultants and clients on best practices and efficient use of NetSuite functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite implementations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 7-10 years of professional experience, including at least 2-3 full-cycle NetSuite implementations. Extensive knowledge and experience in the high-tech industry with a focus on software subscriptions, renewals, and SaaS offerings. In-depth understanding of NetSuite’s revenue recognition and advanced project management modules. Strong proficiency in financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, and Tax. Excellent reporting capabilities are a must. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Preferred Skills NetSuite Certification (e.g., NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification). Proven track record of successful project management and client relationship management.
