Job Description

We’re looking for incredible, energetic baristas to join our flagship ice cream and coffee shop in Ardmore!

You’ll be a perfect fit if you have a passion for people, crafting amazing soft serve creations, espresso and coffee drinks. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, loves being part of a team and understands how to create a truly great customer experience. Qualifications:

  • Genuine love for all things ice cream and coffee
  • Must have experience being a coffee barista
  • Excited about meeting new people with a focus on bringing enthusiasm, energy, and warmth in every interaction
  • Excellent communication skills and a calm vibe when things get fast-paced and busy
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity and a great attendance record with schedule flexibility

Responsibilities:

  • Craft made-to-order soft serve creations with high attention to detail and presentation
  • Create coffee and espresso-based drinks including affogatos, lattes, etc.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, inviting, clean and safe work environment for both visitors and team members
  • Help guests navigate questions on menu, ingredients, etc.
  • Comfortably handle cash register and money transactions
  • Opening/closing duties depending on shift
  • Perform other duties as needed
