From Corona Extra, to Robert Mondavi Wines, to SVEDKA Vodka, we produce over 100 premium brands with sales in nearly 100 countries, making us the number one multi-category beverage alcohol company in the U.S.Responsibilities:Receives and coordinates flight requests working directly with company administrative assistantsPrepares flight itinerariesInforms and coordinates with flight crew, aircraft maintenance personnel and ground support personnelCoordinates with Director of Aviation and Chief Pilot regarding crew issues, vacations, time off, training schedules, flight and duty time requirementsOrganizes details of all flights, including but not limited to rental vehicles, hotels, car services, security, catering, meeting rooms, etc. for passengers and crewContinuously updates trip information and conveys changesUpholds current FAA regulations and department policies regarding safety of flight and crew rest/crew flight duty limitationsKeeps and maintains accurate record of post flight detailsCalculates estimated flight costs on a per trip basis and includes in monthly reportingCoordinates ground handling requirements for domestic and international locations which includes but is not limited to customs, immigration, permits, slots, etc.Researches aircraft fuel prices and updates fuel pricing on weekly basisAssists with report preparation and submission to corporate tax and accounting departmentsAssists with answering office telephones and light administrative tasksBe on call on rotating basis to manage after-hours and weekend flight schedule requests and issues including company holidaysAssist Flight Coordinator and Administrative Assistant with daily tasks in their absence or upon requestJob Requirements:You are available after regular hours, including weekends and holidays, on a rotating basis, to deal with any operational issues and coming up with efficient recovery plans.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Physical Requirements/Work Environment:Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on a computer for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly.Must have a valid driver’s license.
