Job Summary
The Benefits Coordinator/Account Manager supports the daily administration of the organization’s employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. This role ensures employees receive accurate and timely information, assists with benefits enrollment and changes, and serves as a point of contact for employee questions and vendor coordination.
