Job Purpose and Position Overview: The Director of Performance Marketing is responsible for driving digital strategy and execution across paid media, SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization to accelerate BigIron s growth. This individual will lead the charge in optimizing marketing performance, increasing qualified leads, and scaling digital campaigns that support revenue goals.
Working cross-functionally with brand, product, sales, and technology teams, this role ensures performance marketing strategies align with business objectives, deliver measurable ROI, and continuously evolve with the market. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with 10+ years of experience in digital growth, paid acquisition, and SEO, and a passion for optimizing every stage of the marketing funnel.
Job Functions: Demonstrates commitment to BigIron s mission, vision, and core values
Leads a high-performing team responsible for paid media, SEO, digital campaigns, and marketing analytics
Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute omnichannel digital campaigns that support company objectives
Develops and manages comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and affiliate channels
Leads SEO strategy, including technical optimization, keyword research, and content strategy to grow organic traffic and rankings
Monitors and optimizes campaign performance using A/B testing, attribution modeling, and data analysis
Drives lead generation and customer acquisition through high-converting landing pages, targeting strategies, and remarketing efforts
Manages the marketing tech stack for performance channels in cooperation with the IT department, ensuring proper integration, data hygiene, and usage across platforms
Manages performance marketing budgets, allocating spend efficiently to maximize ROI
Tracks, reports, and presents performance KPIs to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Collaborates with the brand and content teams to ensure alignment of messaging and creative in digital channels
Identifies emerging trends and tools in digital marketing, keeping BigIron ahead of the curve
Coaches and mentors marketing team members to support their growth and performance
