Land Development Engineer

Full-Time | 1+ Years Experience *multiple positions*

Are you an experienced Land Development Engineer looking for an opportunity to make an impact? Join our dynamic team and contribute to designing and developing innovative commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare site and subdivision plans for various land development projects.
• Design and analyze stormwater management , sanitary sewer, water networks, roadways, pavement striping, and signage plans.
• Review zoning codes, entitlements, and permitting requirements to ensure compliance.
• Develop detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D .
• Perform field assessments to support design and development.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams , including drainage, traffic, water/wastewater, structural, and survey consultants.
• Apply local and national codes, standards, and best practices to projects.
• Demonstrate leadership and project management skills , ensuring high-quality service and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in land development engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong project organization and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and sub-consultants
• Knowledge of zoning regulations, permitting processes, and civil design best practices
• EIT OR PE PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED
